MAZHILIS DEPUTIES GOT ACQUAINTED WITH THE WORK OF ZERENDA LLP BREEDING FARM

On April 22 was held a meeting of the deputy group of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan in the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan in "Zerenda" LLP breeding farm, located in the village of Kazhymukan Tselinograd district of Akmola region.

In the course of the event the deputies of Mazhilis were acquainted with the technological process of production of goat milk and its products: soft and hard cheese, cheese, cheese, riccotta, kurt, yogurt, ayran, cottage cheese.

Along with it, parliamentarians were presented perspective directions of activity of partnership: creation of forage base; modernization of shop on manufacture of forages; creation of slaughter shop with processing and release of half-finished products and subproducts and increase in capacity of dairy factory.
