The heads of state participating in the SCO summit in Samarkand held an informal conversation, El.kz cites Akorda.
Kazakh President arrived in Samarkand on a working visit. Kassym-Jomart Tokayev will take part in a meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
