Production of soft drinks grows n Kazakhstan

However, according to the portal there are some nuances. The first is the structure of production:

• Production of unsweetened and non-aromatized mineral and carbonated water amounted to 326.9 million litres. And this is 1.8% less than a year earlier.

• The production of all other soft drinks increased by 17.8%, amounting to 1 billion 167.1 million liters. It ensures the growth of production.

Second, imports are growing even faster. For 5 months of 2022, 172.1 million liters of sweetened and / or aromatized water were imported to the republic, which is 64.6% more than a year earlier, and is also a multi-year high. The total amount of imports amounted to $ 98.4 million with an increase of 74% in January-May 2021.
