One of the central events of the world oil and gas agenda - the VII Youth Forum of the World Petroleum Council "Energy Transition: Dialogue of Generations" will be held for the first time in the Central Asian region, in Almaty, El.kz reports with reference to the KAZENERGY Association.

The event will be held at the site of the Kazakh-British Technical University (KBTU) on September 29 - October 2, 2022.

"The Forum is being hosted by the Youth National Committee of the World Petroleum Council, a neutral, non-profit organization that brings together about 60 of the world's oil and gas countries to promote dialogue on the responsible production and use of the world's energy resources.

On December 5-9, 2021, at the World Petroleum Congress in Houston, the right to hold the VII Youth Forum in 2022 was granted to the Kazakhstan National Committee represented by the KAZENERGY Association," the report said.

It is noted that the Youth Forum is a unique platform for the exchange of experience, the latest information and advanced achievements of the oil and gas industry. Its audience consists of about 2000 young specialists, students and graduate students.

Already today, students, young industry specialists, experts can take part in the Forum.
