Youth employment platform launched in Almaty

The Almaty Department of Youth Policy has launched an integrated platform for youth employment called Jobfair365, El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the city akimat.

This service provides employment opportunities, access to free educational courses and an information portal for young people. Short-term courses in Russian and Kazakh languages are available, upon completion of which certificates are issued. Training takes place in groups of 20 to 30 people, depending on the subject of the course. The courses include classes three times a week for 2-3 hours, with a theoretical part, lasting from a month to a month and a half.

At the moment, 3,700 vacancies are posted on the platform, and 1,500 employers from 20 regions are registered. 10.2 thousand people have already been trained, of which 9.2 thousand have been successfully employed.
