President Xi Jinping sends a telegram of condolences to the President of Kazakhstan over the plane crash near Aktau, El.kz reports.
In his telegram, Xi Jinping expressed deep sorrow over an Azerbaijan Airlines passenger aircraft that killed people, including Kazakh citizens.
"On behalf of the Government and people of China, I express my sincere condolences to the families of the victims," the statement said.
