World industry leaders ready to help Kazakhstan in construction of NPP
On August 27-28, the International Exhibition of Nuclear Technologies KazAtomExpo 2024 was held in Astana, at the EXPO International Exhibition Center. Among the foreign exhibitors were such major players as China National Nuclear Corporation, Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Co, Électricité de France and Rosatom State Corporation. These companies presented their advanced technologies, underlining their commitment to the development of safe and environmentally friendly nuclear energy.
"A nuclear power plant is a necessary element of the energy balance of the future. It emits virtually no CO2, which minimizes its impact on climate change. In addition, it is a basic source of energy that works around the clock and ensures the stability of energy supply, which is especially important for developing economies," Vadim Titov, President of Rusatom International Network said.
