According to Electronic Labor Exchange Enbek.kz, those with the necessary levels of qualifications and experience can expect to earn salaries of 1 million tenge and above, El.kz reports.
The highest offers from employers in November were recorded in management and key technical positions. Upper salary limits for chief construction engineers and production site supervisors started at 640,000 and 595,000 tenge, respectively. The average annual salary for air traffic controllers is starting from 568,000 tenge.
At the same time, job seekers themselves demonstrated the ambitious financial expectations. Civil aviation pilots topped the list, with average expected salaries reaching 1.9 mln tenge. In second place, with expectations of about 1.2 mln tenge were heads of IT departments in the commercial sector and chief geologists.
The IT, geological exploration, and aviation sectors remain in high demand requiring a combination of technical skills and strategic thinking.
