Volunteering School was held in the Friendship House of Petropavlovsk.
Students of the schools, students and colleges of the regional center became students. They were given a tour on the House of Friendship and told about the activities of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan. During two days they managed to master the skills of management, oratory skills and leadership development.
Famous coaches and trainers of the city helped and trained them in this field. Among them were Zhakenova Saltanat, the organizer of the game "Film Tests" and the trainer on development of volunteer activity and writing social projects. Together they played exciting teambuilding games and thought about new projects. Ekaterina Starostina conducted a training course on leadership development and personal growth. There the students visualized their goals and ways to achieve them.
The participants of the volunteering school were presented with their own social projects. A meeting of students was also held with managers and representatives of charitable and volunteer organizations, where they were told about volunteer activities and what structures need the help of volunteers.
At the end of the school, the students received certificates of participation.
