US Secretary of State Antony Blinken to visit Kazakhstan

On February 28, 2023, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken will pay his first official visit to Kazakhstan. While in Astana, Secretary Blinken will be received by President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and will hold talks with Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Mukhtar Tileuberdi.
The same day, the C5+1 Ministerial meeting will take place in Astana, which will be attended by the Secretary of State and the Foreign Ministers of Central Asian countries. The agenda includes issues of further enhancing regional cooperation and partnership with the United States.
