Tremors felt in Almaty after earthquake hits China

On September 2 at 12:58 p.m., the network of seismic stations recorded an earthquake. The tremors, with a magnitude of 5.7, were registered in China, 319 kilometers southeast of Almaty, El.kz reports.
According to the press service, the earthquake’s epicenter was located at a depth of 5 kilometers with coordinates 40.782° N and 78.865° E.
