Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev sent telegram of condolences to Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov over the deaths of Kyrgyz people in a road accident occurred in Ulyanovsk district, Russia, El.kz cites Akorda.
The Kazakh Head of State conveyed the words of deep condolences to the relatives of those died.
