Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev arrived in New York for a working visit, the Akorda press service reports.

On September 19 the President will meet heads of global financial institutions, such as JPMorgan Chase & Co., Citi, Goldman Sachs, NASDAQ, as well transnational companies Boeing, Exxon Mobil, General Electrics, Wabtec, Microsoft, and experts.

On September 20, the leader of Kazakhstan will address the General Debate of the UN General Assembly. 

It is also planned to hold meetings with the UN Secretary-General, the leadership of the European Union and the heads of a number of states at their request. 

In addition, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev will take part in the Global Summit on Food Security.
