Tokayev receives Chairman of Board of Eurasian Economic Commission

The Head of State received Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission Bakytzhan Sagintayev, El.kz reports citing Akorda.

During the meeting, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev congratulated Bakytzhan Sagintayev on assuming the post of Chairman of the EEC Board.

The Head of State heard a report on the priority areas of the EEC's activities and prospects for further development, as well as on the state of Kazakhstan's interaction with the EEC.

The meeting also discussed issues related to the development of the Action Plan for the implementation of the Eurasian Economic Path Declaration until 2030 and 2045 and preparations for the anniversary meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council in May this year in Moscow.
