President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov congratulated Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on his victory n the early presidential elections and wished his success, the Akorda press service reports.
During the conversation, the parties noted the dynamic development of the Kazakh-Kyrgyz strategic partnership and alliance.
