Tokayev congratulates on 30th anniversary of Bolashak International Scholarship Program
President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev sent a letter of congratulation to the participants of the solemn forum dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Bolashak International Scholarship, El.kz reports.
In his letter , the President noted that the program has become a social elevator for young people from different parts of our country. Over the past years, the project has contributed to the creation of a talent pool with advanced knowledge and competencies.
“Today, thousands of graduates of the Bolashak program are successfully working for the benefit of Kazakhstan, acting as agents of positive changes in many areas.
Our country has entered a period when we need to make a powerful breakthrough in our development. We set ambitious goals for the restructuring of the economy, further modernization of the political system, and building a truly just and inclusive society. And here investment in education and the creation of broad opportunities for the self-realization of citizens are of particular importance” the message reads
The Head of State emphasised that the state will always support talented, hardworking, purposeful young people who embody the ideals of Adal Azamat.
“I am confident that the graduates of the Bolashak program and all young professionals of the country will contribute to the large-scale and comprehensive transformation of Kazakhstan” he wrote.
