The Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has congratulated Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on his birthday, El.kz reports citing Akorda.
Kazakh President wished his Turkish counterpart further success in responsible state activities for the benefit of the fraternal Turkish people.
