Tokayev appointed new NSC Deputy Chairman and Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs

Bakytbek Rakhymberdiyev has been appointed new NSC Deputy Chairman of Kazakhstan, Ansagan Baltabekov - Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, El.kz news agency reports with reference to the press service of Akorda.

"By order of the Head of State, Rakhymberdiyev Bakytbek has been appointed Deputy Chairman of the National Security Committee of Kazakhstan – head of the Counterterrorism Service," the report says.

Also, by the Order of the Head of State, Ansagan Baltabekov has been appointed Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs – the Commander-in-Chief of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Botakanov Yerkin, who served as Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs – the Commander-in-Chief of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan was relieved of his post by the Order of the Head of State.
