German actor Til Schweiger has joined the the cast of «Armour of God: Ultimatum” which is being filmed in Kazakhstan. According to an official statement released by Sәlem Entertainment via social media channels, Mr. Schweiger has commenced his filming schedule in the city of Almaty.
The actor is known for his roles in «Knockin’ on Heaven’s Door,» Quentin Tarantino’s «Inglourious Basterds» and Guy Ritchie’s «The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare.»
«Armour of God: Ultimatum” isscheduled to continue through late October. The production geography encompasses the city of Almaty, as well as the Almaty and Mangystau regions.
The Bozzhyra tract has been designated as one of the primary filming locations.
The lead role is reprised by Jackie Chan, who returns to the character of the "Asian Hawk" several years after the franchise's third installment. The project is directed by action choreographer Robert Kuhn.
The premiere is scheduled for 2027.
