The Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev congratulated civil servants on professional holiday, El.kz cites Akorda press service.
In 2003, the UN General Assembly decided to establish this holiday.
"You have a special role in building the New Kazakhstan. The key principles of your work should be honesty, professionalism, competence, openness. The main goal of civil servants is the well-being of citizens. I highly encourage you to fully justify the trust of the people!", – President wrote in his Twitter account.
