Tamila Rozmetova plans to grow apples in Astana
The Grand opening of the Year of Youth with the participation of President Nursultan Nazarbayev is being held in Astana.
Members of the republican youth movement "Zhangyru zholy" at the Assembly of people of Kazakhstan spoke at the opening ceremony of the Year of Youth "Tayelsizdik urpaqtary".
On behalf of APK’s youth wing, Tamila Rozmetova, deputy of the maslikhat of Atyrau, General Director of "Saraishyk" Breed Livestock Farm" LLP, chairman of the Republican Chamber of Dairy Goat Breeds of the Republican Chamber of Legal Entities, made a speech.
"I am a 27-year-old farmer. I am a head of a goat farm for 5 years. This plant is engaged in the production and processing of dairy products of Alpine goats. We have thousands of goats on our farm. We export more than 15 dairy products. My hobby is cooking cheese. I'll come up with different kinds of cottage cheese. I produced "Atyrau cheese" for my native land. It's a safe product, as your State of the Nation says. The team consists of more than 80 people, most of them are young people. Though we are young, we have achieved a lot" said Tamila Rozmetova.
She noted that the special project "Auyl – El besigi", implemented on behalf of the head of state, is a real social elevator for rural youth.
"Our land is an ocean of opportunities, it is a large labour market. Here, young people can find jobs and build a future. The earth taught me everything. On your instructions, many programmes have been launched to help young people create their future. I always tell young entrepreneurs before starting a business, first of all, to carefully study our laws, programmes, where all the conditions for business are created. I learned from your article "Seven facets of the Great Steppe" that Kazakhstan is the birthplace of apples. Today we continue this in Atyrau. In the Year of Youth, we want to support specific projects of the youth movement under the APK. In spring we will start planting apples in Astana. We have 4 kinds of apples. We kindly ask you to allocate the land in Astana" the farmer said.
Nursultan Nazarbayev noted that Astana Mayor Bakhyt Sultanov was taking part in the meeting and that this initiative will be recorded.
