An incredible story was told by environmentalists from Kenya. They found a live swallow that flew from the heart of Central Asia, from Almaty, El.kz reports.

The fact that large birds are capable of flying over huge distances is no secret to anyone. For example, eagles from Kazakhstan can winter in Mecca. Flamingos fly as far as Afghanistan and Egypt.
However, the fact that a small swallow is able to fly across half the globe seems incredible.
The swallow traveled a great distance to reach the jungles of Africa. It is surprising that soon she will set off on her way to her homeland.
