During the meeting, representatives of the scientific and expert group of the Assembly of people of Kazakhstan explained in detail all the directions of the program article of the President of Kazakhstan "Course towards future: Modernization of Public Consciousness" ("Bolashakka Bagdar: Rukhani zhangyru") to the officers and servicemen under the contract, informed about the degree of its development and implementation, voiced forecasts for the future development of this program.
