Snow leopard caught by camera trap in Kazakhstan,El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the Committee of Forestry and Wildlife.
The snow leopard is one of the rarest large predators. It is the only representative of the cat family that lives in mountainous areas, where snow lies all year round. In Kazakhstan, the snow leopard was included in the Red Book in 1978.
