The Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Canada participated in the “Night Market” cultural event hosted by Global Affairs Canada as part of the celebrations for Asian Heritage Month.
The Kazakh delegation presented cultural exhibits and delivered a presentation on the rich nomadic heritage of the Great Steppe, which drew significant interest from both guests and organizers. A traditional Kazakh yurt, adorned in authentic decor, was showcased alongside national costumes, traditional cuisine and musical instruments.
Special attention was given to the presentation of Kazakhstan’s tourism potential within the framework of the “Kazakhstan: Born Bold” campaign. Visitors also learned about the country’s investment opportunities in key sectors such as manufacturing, digital transformation and green energy. Notably, the audience expressed strong interest in Kazakhstan’s investor-friendly policies, particularly the introduction of a special visa for foreign investors and comprehensive project support measures.
