Mikhail Shaidorov, the Olympic champion in the men’s singles event at the 2026 Olympic Games, has released a preview of his new short programme for the 2026/2027 season, El.kz reports.
What Shaidorov revealed
The figure skater shared a video featuring an excerpt from the new programme on his Instagram account. The programme will be performed to “Vidacarnaval” by Brazilian musician Carlinhos Brown, a composition characterised by carnival rhythms and the vibrant energy of a street celebration.
“An excerpt from my new short programme for the 2026/2027 season. Vamos celebrar a vida!” Shaidorov wrote in the caption.
