Schools and medical centers to build in Astana on site of problematic construction projects
In the General Plan, the Akim of Astana Zhenis Kassymbek chaired a meeting on compact development with the participation of initiative groups of the NGO "Menin Elim Dala". Questions were raised on the cancellation of the construction of residential complexes in favor of social facilities, reducing the number of floors of houses, on Taldykol, etc., El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the Mayor's Office of Astana.
In the city there are about 18 main problem objects of point development. For 13 facilities, issues are resolved in favor of the wishes and requests of residents, that is, there will be schools, medical centers, kindergartens, public spaces on the site of the residential complex. On the remaining 5 objects there are judicial and negotiation processes.
