Quality of new buildings checked in Turkestan region

In the Turkestan region this year, 71 multi-storey residential buildings with a total area of more than 866 thousand square meters are being built. Of these, the construction of 32 seven-storey houses is being completed. This year, 3557 apartments will be put into operation in the regional center. New houses are provided on a rental basis to citizens who are on the waiting list for housing, and on a social loan within the framework of state programs, El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the akimat of the Turkestan region.

Akim of the Turkestan region Darkhan Satybaldy once again visited the construction sites of the regional center and met with responsible contractors. He ordered strict monitoring of the completion of construction work in accordance with the established schedule. Action will be taken against violators.

Having inspected the housing, the head of the region warned the heads of construction companies about the need to complete the construction within the specified time, instructed to increase the number of builders.

Within the framework of the state program "Nurly Zher", 128 multi-storey residential buildings were built in the Turkestan region. At the end of 2022, 57 houses were put into operation. Of the 3473 apartments in the completed houses, 753 were commissioned as rental apartments for low-income and large families. 2720 apartments were received by Turkestans under the social credit system.
