Qarmet safety discussed in Government of Republic of Kazakhstan
Today, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Alikhan Smailov chaired a regular meeting of the working group dedicated to the activities of Qarmet. At the meeting, important issues aimed at ensuring the stable operation and further development of the enterprise were discussed, El.kz reports.
Particular attention was paid to the discussion of tax measures, the use of the main railway network, as well as compliance with environmental legislation. The new investor took an active part in discussing and proposing measures aimed at optimizing the company's activities.
In addition, at the meeting of the working group, plans were considered to update industrial safety requirements for mines in the Karaganda coal basin. These measures are aimed at ensuring occupational safety and the level of industrial safety at Qarmet enterprises.
Based on the results of a productive discussion, the Head of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan issued a number of necessary instructions to state bodies in order to promptly respond to the issues identified during the meeting and ensure the effective operation of Qarmet in the future.
