The Heads of State exchanged congratulations on the occasion of the New Year and expressed their commitment to the further development of cooperation between the countries.
During the conversation, the leaders also discussed specific issues of cooperation in the oil and gas and energy sectors.
The conversation took place at the initiative of the Russian side.
