Presidents of Kazakhstan and Iran discussed cooperation during a telephone conversation

President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev had a telephone conversation with President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Ibrahim Raisi, El.kz news agency reports with reference to Akorda.

The Heads of State exchanged congratulations on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan and the upcoming holiday of Oraza Ait.

The Presidents discussed the state and prospects for the development of Kazakh-Iranian relations.

The parties noted the wide opportunities for further building up cooperation, including in the fields of transport, logistics and trade.
