Kazakh President to visit Sochi and Baku

On August 9, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev will pay a working visit to the city of Sochi (Russian Federation). Within the framework of the visit, the leaders of Kazakhstan and Russia will hold talks, during which topical issues of the Kazakh-Russian strategic partnership, including the further development of trade and economic cooperation, El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 

On August 24, the Head of State will pay an official visit to Baku at the invitation of President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev. Meetings of the heads are planned in the Azerbaijani capital. The agenda of the talks includes issues of development of the Kazakh-Azerbaijani strategic partnership with an emphasis on intensifying trade,economic, transport-logistics and cultural-humanitarian cooperation, following which it is planned to sign a number of bilateral documents.
