President of the European Council Charles Michel is preparing to visit Kazakhstan, El.kz reports.
The politician announced this on Twitter.

"I am grateful for the invitation of President Tokayev to visit Astana and take part in the meeting of the leaders of the Central Asian countries on October 26-27. I am also pleased to visit Uzbekistan on October 28 and meet with President Mirziyoyev. The European Union is ready to expand cooperation with Central Asia and support regional cooperation within," Michel wrote.
