President Tokayev arrives in Budapest to participate in summit of Organization of Turkic States

President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev arrived at the Várkert Bazaar pavilion in the capital of Hungary to participate in the informal summit of the Organization of Turkic States, El.kz reports citing the Akorda.
At the meeting venue, the Head of State was greeted by the Prime Minister of Hungary, Viktor Orbán, who emphasized the importance of Turkic unity and partnership with Kazakhstan.
The forum in Budapest is being held in an informal format and has brought together the leaders of the states participating in the Turkic Council to discuss issues of regional interaction, trade and economic cooperation, and cultural initiatives.
Kazakhstan attaches particular importance to the development of relations within the Organization of Turkic States, viewing it as a key platform for dialogue in the Turkic-speaking world.
