President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev arrives in Kazakhstan on state visit

A solemn welcoming ceremony was held in Akorda for President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, who arrived on a state visit to Kazakhstan,El.kz reports.

Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and Shavkat Mirziyoyev introduced the members of the official delegations to each other.

The national anthems of the two countries were played, the Head of the Honor guard company gave a welcome report to the presidents.

At the end of the ceremony, the heads of state went to the negotiation hall.
