President of Kazakhstan meets with Aide to President of Uzbekistan Saida Mirziyoyeva

The Head of State received Aide to the President of Uzbekistan Saida Mirziyoyeva, El.kz reports with reference to the press service of Akorda.

During the meeting, topical issues of further promotion of multifaceted partnership between the two countries were discussed.

Noting the allied and strategic nature of the interaction between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev pointed out the importance of establishing close contacts between the presidential administrations for the effective expansion of political dialogue at the highest and high levels.

Special attention was paid to deepening mutually beneficial cooperation in the information, ideological, cultural, humanitarian and educational spheres, as well as in the field of youth policy.

The President welcomed the holding of the Zakovat International Intellectual Games in Astana and noted the important role of such events in the cultural rapprochement of peoples.
