As the author of the petition Serik Abishev notes, it is necessary to ban phonograms at concerts in order to ensure musical culture in the country, El.kz reports.
According to the petition, there is an active development of the music sphere in Kazakhstan. Every month, concerts of both local and foreign artists are held in the regions of the republic.
The audience, expecting a unique experience and emotional interaction with the performers, is faced with the low quality of concert programs, namely the widespread use of phonograms. At the same time, the cost of tickets for concerts has increased significantly in recent years.
We, the citizens of Kazakhstan, express our dissatisfaction with the current situation and demand regulation of the use of phonograms in the music industry of our country, namely:
- Introduce measures that prohibit the use of phonograms in musical performances;
- support for domestic artists who prefer live performances, creating conditions and incentives for their creative development;
- training and supporting young musicians to secure the future of our musical culture.
A ban on the use of phonograms will not only protect the interests of the audience, but will also contribute to the development of musicians by encouraging their skill and unique style.
We call for a discussion of this important issue in society and the adoption of appropriate measures by the state," the petition states.
