Peacekeepers celebrate Day of State Symbols
The Kazakh peacekeeping contingent in the area of responsibility of the UN mission UNDOF organized a rally in honor of the State Symbols Day,El.kz reports citing the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
At the military base as part of the international mission, a ceremonial event took place, during which the State Flag was raised and the Anthem of the Republic of Kazakhstan was performed.
Participants commemorated the importance of national symbols that embody the independence, sovereignty, and unity of the Kazakh people.
The speakers emphasized the importance of preserving national values even beyond the borders of the country.
The peacekeepers expressed gratitude for the trust and the opportunity to represent Kazakhstan as part of a global mission to ensure peace and security.
Serving in the international contingent requires a high level of training and patriotism, and the Kazakh military, while far from their homeland, demonstrate their loyalty to their country and its symbols.
