The country's first children's dubbing studio opened in Ekibastuz, where schoolchildren translate and voice popular foreign cartoons in the Kazakh language, El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The idea of creating a voice studio belongs to the teacher of the educational leisure complex "Kainar" Yerkin Kusan.

"In May last year, we opened a club  "National Color" and we launched media content in the state language. During the summer holidays, they translated and tried to voice the first part of the cartoon "Baymax". We and the audience liked the result, which gained thousands of views," the teacher said.

The project presented at the contest "Tauelsizdik Urpaktary" became one of the best and won a state grant of three million tenge. With these funds, the teacher, together with schoolchildren, equipped and opened a new dubbing studio, where 50 children are already engaged.
