Participants of Nomad Games plant trees in Astana

As part of the "Taza Kazakhstan" campaign, the participants of the togyzkumalak competition planted trees in Astana, El.kz reports with reference to the city akimat.

Delegations from 41 countries attending the World Nomad Games participated in the event.

The event, held in the «Khan Shatyr» park, was supported by the Astana city administration and Astana Zelenstroy LLP.

"The “Nomad Olympics” as this global competition is called, advocates for the preservation of the Earth. Therefore, on behalf of the delegations, we proposed to leave our mark. Each of the representatives of delegations from 41 countries planted trees," said Vice President of the Kazakhstan  Togyzkumalak Federation Akim Tursyn.
