Over 12 thousand violations of migration legislation revealed in Kazakhstan
From June 27 to July 4, places of residence of foreigners, construction sites, markets, organizations and employers illegally using hired labor were checked across the country.
Law enforcement agencies of Kazakhstan conducted an operational-preventive event "Illegal", El.kz reports with reference to Polisia.kz.
12,288 violations of the migration legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan were revealed. Of these, 8441 - violation by foreigners of the terms of stay in the country, 3718 facts of illegal employment by foreigners. 563 employers were brought to administrative responsibility for the illegal use of foreign labor, 4814 individuals and legal entities were punished for failure to timely inform the police about foreigners staying with them, 55 foreigners were involved in begging.
There were 969 court decisions on the expulsion of violators of migration legislation from the country. As part of the prevention of non-execution of court decisions on expulsion, 250 foreigners were forcibly expelled with the closure of entry into our country for five years. An analysis of the migration situation shows that foreigners enter the country legally, but in some cases they become violators of migration legislation, and our citizens are more helped in this.
Many violations are associated with attracting foreigners to work without permits. Also, our citizens provide housing for foreigners or provide assistance in illegal migration.
