Over 500 specialists of water sector completed training courses in Kazakhstan
This year, more than 500 workers in the water sector have completed advanced training courses in specialized centers,El.kz reports with reference to the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation.
The Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation is actively implementing measures to increase the attractiveness of the water sector. In particular, water specialties are included in the state program "Bolashak", which opened up the opportunity for Kazakh students to study abroad in the world's leading universities
"Attracting new personnel and improving the skills of specialists in the water industry is one of the main areas of work of the ministry. This year, memorandums of cooperation were signed with nine higher educational institutions of the country. As part of this, 80 students underwent practical training in the branches of Kazvodkhoz. Work is also underway to develop joint double-degree education programs with foreign universities," Muslim Zhienbayev emphasized.
These measures contribute to the training of new specialists and the development of the water industry in Kazakhstan, which is key to the economic and environmental well-being of the country.
