Over 200 women prosecutors receive departmental awards

The Prosecutor General's Office held a solemn event dedicated to the International Women's Day - March 8, El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the department.

Opening the event, the Prosecutor General noted that Kazakhstani women are not only keepers of the hearth, but also high-class professionals in any field.

"Our women have the will and character, despite the difficulties of service, make an invaluable contribution to ensuring the rule of law," Berik Asylov said.

In honor of the holiday, 232 women prosecutors were rewarded with departmental awards and class ranks.

The Prosecutor General emphasized the contribution of veterans, including the pride of the prosecutor's office Saule Aitpayeva - the first woman of the General of Kazakhstan, Gulzhan Karakulova, who for many years headed the Republican Council of Veterans and many other worthy persons who made an invaluable contribution to the formation of the prosecutor's office system.

In conclusion, the head of the supervisory body expressed gratitude to the parents of colleagues who brought up true patriots of their country, daily performing their duty in  the Motherland, wishing health and well-being to their families. After the official part, a festive concert was organized by the staff.
