Kazakhstan has become the first country in the world to host a pilot project of the next-generation ChatGPT — an intelligent assistant for students and teachers, El.kz reports.
Now studying and preparing materials is reaching a new level: AI helps search for information, structure knowledge, and even check homework.
“We want to support Kazakhstan’s ambitions in the development of artificial intelligence,” Kevin Mills, Head of Education and Government Programs at OpenAI said.
According to him, the project will allow teachers to focus on the creative part of their work, while students will receive personalized recommendations and master new topics faster.
ChatGPT is already being introduced in leading universities of the country. Workshops and seminars are being organized for teachers to help them use AI as effectively as possible in the learning process.
Every student can now have their own “digital mentor” that makes studying easier and more engaging, while teachers gain a tool that saves time and makes education more personalized. Thus, Kazakhstan is positioning itself at the forefront of global educational innovation.
