Olzhas Bektenov: Main priority of Kazakh Government is implementation of President's Address

Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov chaired the government session on the discussion of the measures to implement the State-of-the-Nation Address themed Fair Kazakhstan: law and order, economic growth and public optimism, El.kz reports.

Olzhas Bektenov noted that the main priority of the Government is the high-quality implementation of the President's Address.

“As the Head of State emphasized, we will be able to achieve this through structural changes in the economy. Transformations in key sectors have already made it possible to reduce dependence on the mining sector and accelerate the growth of the manufacturing industry," the Prime Minister said.

In addition, Bektenov pointed out the importance of optimal spending of budget funds and the need to strengthen work to ensure the revenue side of the republican budget. Strict control over inter-budgetary relations will also continue to ensure the effective use of public resources.
