The new Kazakhstan needs new faces, Dzhabrail Markhiyev said, a member of the Sarap expert club. He believes that this will have a positive impact on the development of our country. According to the political scientist, personnel renewal should replace ineffective figures who still use the old methods at their work.

"We are often faced with the fact that there is some kind of request from above and representatives on the ground do not always effectively implement it. It should be understood that Zhana Kazakhstan is not just a principle voiced by the President. In order to achieve it, you need to work yourself. The announced elections at all levels should provide an opportunity for new personnel," Dzhabrail Markhiyev said.

He noted that in the new Address of the President, he likes the social block. Namely, the points about the introduction of a luxury tax, the reorientation of finances that were obtained through corruption to the construction of socially significant facilities, the introduction of educational loans, and the support of small businesses.

"It's really an investment in our future. Because the young entrepreneurs today will be the basis of our economy tomorrow. I also agree with all Kazakhstanis who rejoice over the opening of children's accounts," the political scientist suggested.

He stressed that he considers himself to be one of the youth, so the problems that young Kazakhstanis face today are not an empty phrase for him. However, he believes that there is still a lot of work between the plans outlined in the President's Address and their implementation.
