Askar Mustabekov has been appointed Head of the National Defence University of Kazakhstan, El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
"By the order of the Head of State, Mustabekov Askar was appointed Head of the National Defence University of the Republic of Kazakhstan," the message reads.
