This was announced by the head of "Samruk-Energy" Serik Tyutebayev at the visiting meeting of the "Samruk-Kazyna" Public Council in Almaty, El.kz reports with reference to the press service of "Samruk-Kazyna".
According to him, the "green" assets of "Samruk-Energy" have been allocated in Qazaq Green Power. The new company was registered in the jurisdiction of the AIFC on November 4, 2022. Its IPO is planned for 2024
The creation of a "green" company will attract investment in the development of renewable energy sources, create new highly skilled jobs and reduce the risks of cross-subsidization with traditional generation.
