Arman Kenzhegaliyev was appointed as the CEO at the Government for Citizens State Corporation, El.kz reports.
He graduated from the Kazakh University of Humanities and Law, Kainar University, and the University of Sheffield.
He is qualified as an economist, lawyer, and has a master's degree in public administration and public policy.
He began his career in 1999 as a lawyer in a commercial organization.
