Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of Armenia noted successful reforms in Kazakhstan
Ambassador of Kazakhstan Bolat Imanbayev met with the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs of Armenia Narek Mkrtchyan, during the meeting issues of developing cooperation between Kazakhstan and Armenia were discussed, El.kz cites MFA.
The Armenian side was informed in detail about the results of the elections to the Mazhilis of the Parliament and maslikhats of Kazakhstan, as well as about large-scale political and socio-economic reforms in the country. Minister Mkrtchyan, congratulating on the successful holding of the elections, highly appreciated the policy of the Kazakh leadership and confirmed the readiness to further expand bilateral and multilateral relations in the labor and social spheres. According to him, “the people of Kazakhstan, having taken an active part in the parliamentary elections, made their choice and supported political modernization and democratic reforms.”
During the conversation, an exchange of views took place on the prospects for deepening mutually beneficial cooperation between Astana and Yerevan in various fields. Discussing the schedule of bilateral events for 2023, the parties paid special attention to the organization of the next 9th meeting of the joint intergovernmental commission on economic cooperation and the Kazakh-Armenian business forum in Yerevan this year.
